Despite cold winter days, ACHR never stops its steps towards development. In the beginning of the new year, the company started construction of its new plant. On Jan 19, 2010, the site of the new plant of ACHR, located within the Wenzhou Binhai Development Zone, was marked by continuous firecrackers and colorful banners. Here a total of nine high-tech and new-tech companies jointly held a ceremony signaling the start of construction of their plants in the Binhai development zone.

ACHR successfully bid for the 90,000m2 land for its new plant on Sept 4, 2009, with a total investment of 48 million USD. A new production line will be built to solve the issue of inadequate production which has failed to meet the demands of customers. ACHR is also going to build the new mass-producing electronic components for electric vehicles. The new plant is projected to run into operation in June 2011, and generate a production output of 147 million USD. ACHR is entering into a fast-paced construction period.

The construction of the new plant is viewed as an important milestone in the history of ACHR. While expanding its production scale, the company continues to strengthen its self-innovation capacity and bring its technology to a new level, so as to offer updated designs, better quality products and more detailed services to its clients from both home and abroad. ACHR also pledges to make contributions to the upgrading of the industrial structure and product mix of the Wenzhou development zone.
